The Makita LS1219L 12” dual-bevel sliding compound miter saw with laser is a compact and efficient tool that combines capacity, accuracy, and dust extraction in a smaller size. Featuring a unique 2-steel rail sliding system, this saw offers a reduced footprint for operation flush against a wall. The direct-drive gearbox and guard system are designed for increased vertical cutting capacity, allowing for cuts of up to 6-3/4” baseboard and 8” nested crown molding.

With the ability to make 15” crosscuts at 90 degrees, this saw offers miter cuts ranging from 0° to 60° left and right, with positive stops at key angles. The convenient bevel lock, located at the front of the saw, allows for quick adjustments from 0° to 48° left and right. Powered by a 15 amp direct drive motor with soft start, this saw ensures smooth start-ups and consistent power without the need for belts.

The built-in electric brake and electronic speed control further enhance the cutting experience by providing added convenience and maintaining constant speed under load. The saw comes equipped with a high-quality 60T carbide-tipped blade and a see-through blade guard system for improved visibility of the blade and line-of-cut.
