Makita XFD16Z 18V LXT Brushless Cordless Driver-Drill

The Makita 18V LXT® Brushless 1/2" Driver-Drill (XFD16) offers a premium solution for drilling and driving tasks. Featuring an efficient brushless motor that is electronically controlled, this tool optimizes battery energy use to provide up to 50% longer run time per charge. With a maximum torque of 970 in.lbs., the XFD16 is equipped with a 2-speed transmission (0-550 and 0-1,800 RPM) to accommodate a wide range of drilling and fastening applications.

The tool includes a durable all-metal 1/2” self-ratcheting chuck that enhances bit gripping strength. Convenience features such as L.E.D lights for illuminating the work area and a rubberized soft grip for increased operator comfort are also included. Weighing only 4.65 lbs. with a fully charged 5.0Ah battery (sold separately), the XFD16 is designed to reduce operator fatigue with its compact and ergonomic design measuring just 6-7/8" long.
